Anyone Ever Find Something For Cheap And Then Sell It For Lots?
Has anyone ever bought something from a yard sale, flea market, or gotten something for free (as a freebie, or something) then turned around to resell on amazon or ebay for a large profit? Please share! Include the item name and the price you bought it for, then sold it for!!
What Happens If I Add A Room In My Garage, No Permits, Then Sell My Place?
I’m wondering the legal ramifications (if any), plus how that would affect the price I get for the place; i.e.; if it’s non-permitted, will most buyers figure it’s a freebie thrown in?
P.S. IF I did this, I would document in every way possible that it was built to code – photos, etc.
